I’ll say it until I’m dead. Black women are the most disrespected group/demographic I’ve seen. They give and give and give and get trampled on by everyone. They are the most educated group according to most, if not all, Human Resources studies, yet they are one of the population segments, along with Hispanic women, who are paid the least. From an HR and a basic human decency standpoint black women have to work 10000x harder than anyone else and then they deal with this kind of bullshit.
