“Strike for Black Lives” May fall within NLRA
2006 demonstrations directly correlated with work. However, the employer had no control over the reform bill.

Discipline for a strike or walk out might be legally acceptable but practically unwise.
Watch for your employer communication on the topic if any is presented and give your reasons in return for your participation. Keep all documents not only at work but at home.
Review if you are under a CBA and no strike clause. Check with union reps on any group action.
